Graphic Designer
Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
– Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion
– Use Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
– Capture high-quality photos and/or videos using professional cameras and lighting equipment
– Editing and post-processing photos and/or videos to enhance their quality and create a cohesive look
– Understand and implement the principles of composition, lighting, and exposure to create visually appealing content
– Ideate, style, shoot, edit photos of the Company’s products and services
– Familiarize with company’s products/services, target audience and competitors’ activities
– Ensure all designs are on-brand and meet the company’s specifications and requirements
– Conceptualize creative design assets for new concepts or collaterals
– Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs
– Address unexpected challenges that arise
– Work independently as well as in a team
– Prepare files for print and media development
– Coordinate and liaise with suppliers (e.g. printers) and team members on production matters and timeline
What you should have
– At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer- Knowledge of using professional cameras and lighting equipment
– Ability to do post-production edits
– Passionate about design and creating/reimagining concepts for our target demographics
– An eye for detail, meticulous, a keen sense of aesthetics and strong understanding of typography and information design
– Keep up to date with popular culture, trends and digital innovations
– Conscientious and proactive
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro is a plus
– Drawing, sketching, and illustration is a plus
