Job Overview

We are looking for someone that is responsible and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to
support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This will be ideal for individuals that
are meticulous, adaptive and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Screen emails and phone calls professionally, responding where appropriate
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Support general administrative duties as required
  • Ensure tasks are completed promptly and with attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
