Job Overview
We are looking for someone that is responsible and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to
support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This will be ideal for individuals that
are meticulous, adaptive and able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Screen emails and phone calls professionally, responding where appropriate
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Support general administrative duties as required
- Ensure tasks are completed promptly and with attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
