Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin & Business Support Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that supports daily business operations, handles administrative tasks, coordinates logistics, and assists the Director with various projects and ad hoc duties. If you’re someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things done efficiently, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms professionally and promptly
– Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and invoice processing
– Apply for permits and manage submission timelines for various projects and events
– Coordinate logistics and arrangements for company projects, events, and setups
– Maintain office supplies, workspace tidiness, and assist in office-related tasks
– Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
– Assist the Director with scheduling, document preparation, research, and follow-ups
– Support the team with any ad hoc tasks or errands as required

Requirements:
– Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
– Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
– Able to take initiative and solve problems on the go
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
