Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven Visual Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising, planning, shooting, and editing impactful visual content that brings our brand and campaigns to life.
From ideation to final cut, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end production — crafting videos and photos for social media, digital campaigns, events, and product marketing. What You’ll Do
Conceptualise and execute creative video and photo projects for campaigns, social media, website, and events.
Produce and edit videos, including but not limited to client interviews, client showcases, and product showcases, bringing real stories and experiences to life.
Manage the full production process — from storyboarding and scripting to shooting, directing, and post-production.
Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Edit and colour-grade footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Davinci Resolve.
Capture high-quality photography for marketing materials, product features, and corporate events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, visual direction, and content calendars.
Ensure all deliverables align with brand identity and meet production deadlines.
Organise and maintain a structured digital library of video and photo assets.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in videography, photography, and post-production editing.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom (or equivalent tools).
Understanding of lighting techniques, audio setup, and camera operations.
Ability to conceptualise and manage creative projects independently from start to finish.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A team player with a proactive attitude and passion for visual storytelling.
A strong portfolio showcasing both video and photography work.
At least 3 years of experience producing video content or photography.
