Part-Time HR Manager (Home-Based, Singapore)

Job Description & Overview :

We are seeking a part-time, home-based HR Manager based in Singapore to strengthen our talent acquisition and recruitment strategy across the group. The primary focus of this role is to help the company identify, attract, and onboard the right talents by working closely with external recruiters and internal hiring managers.

This position suits an experienced HR professional who enjoys building teams, structuring hiring systems, and supporting leadership in manpower planning—without day-to-day operational HR burdens. Interested parties, please do send your resume to :  lynn.ong@xgg.com.sg

 

Part-time HR Position Requirements:

1. University degree.

2. Over 10 years of HR experience in medium to large-sized companies, including at least 5 years in HR management.

3. Extensive experience in talent recruitment. High success rate in recruiting talent.

4. Access to international headhunting and networking resources.

5. Familiar with signing headhunting contracts.

6. Proficient in employee employment contract terms.

7. Excellent moral character.

8. Bilingual in Chinese and English (Both spoken and written)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company’s talent recruitment.

2. Responsible for reviewing the company’s employment contracts.

3. Responsible for the company’s HR consulting.

4. Responsible for handling disputes related to the company’s headhunting contracts.

5. Responsible for reviewing employee handbooks.

6. Report directly to the Chairman.

7. Provide guidance on the company’s personnel file management.

8. Responsible for tracking newly hired employees during their probationary period and understanding their progress (can be done by phone).

9. Notify the Chairman of whether newly hired employees will be formally hired before the end of their probationary period.

10. Maintain company confidentiality.

Part-time talent contract: 1 year, with a 6-month probationary period. Work hours: 2-3 hours per day, 10 hours per week. Monthly salary: SGD1500 , paid on the 26th of each month, directly deposited into personal bank account. Employee is responsible for paying personal taxes.
