This is what we would like to see in a Creative Designer:
- Great attitude and takes pride in your work
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to see a project from idea generation, concept development, through to final output
- Ability to tailor creative thinking and approach to best serve project objectives and client needs
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure
- Ability to work independently or in support of all or any creative department members
- Â Meticulous attention to detail
- A thorough understanding of layout and visual communication theory
- A high degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop as a minimum
- Experience with 3D design, knowledge in Autodesk 3ds Max will be highly-valued
