About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a curious, driven, and future-focused individual to join our HR Services team at Big 3 Group (B3G) as a Sales & Strategy Intern. In case you’re wondering, while applications go through Big 3 Media, this internship is with the B3G team—so everything’s in the family.
In this role, you’ll get to learn the ropes of what makes HR tick—think employer branding, EOR models, payroll systems, and compliance—and help us build smarter, more scalable solutions for our clients. If you enjoy connecting the dots between people, data, and strategy (with a dash of automation magic), this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:Â
- Support the development of HR sales strategies and client-centric service offerings
- Research market trends, HR competitors, and emerging tools
- Assist in the automation of internal processes using Excel models or AI-enhanced solutions
- Develop and refine internal documentation, sales decks, and proposal templates
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business planning initiatives
- Own and drive individual projects, from concept to execution
- Explore and recommend AI tools that could enhance HR operations (yes, you can nerd out on this!)
What We’re Looking For:
- Â A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- A keen interest in:
1) HR services (e.g., recruitment, payroll, EOR, compliance)
2) Digital tools and AI
3) Strategic planning and client engagement - Proficiency in Excel; bonus points for familiarity with automation tools
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who enjoys working independently and collaborating with a team
- Creative thinker with a structured mind—someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table while also executing with clarity
