Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Interior Designer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong background in sales and customer service. The Sales Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and presenting design solutions to clients, managing projects from conception to completion, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
– Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that meet client requirements
– Present design proposals to clients and provide detailed product knowledge
– Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or other design software to create visual representations of design concepts
– Manage projects efficiently, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors
– Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and excellent customer service
– Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best design solutions to clients
Key Skills:
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Sales and marketing acumen
– Product knowledge in interior design materials and furnishings
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
– Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Work Mode:Â On-site
Years of Working Experience:Â 1-3 years (Preferred). Training will be provided for those without experience.
Remuneration:Â Commission-based, up to 80%. (Negotiable)
