YOUR goal
- Support events lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation, encompassing logistics, vendor management, and on-site assistance.
- Collaborate and communicate between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and effective teamwork throughout the event planning process.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and RSVP list management, while also contributing creative ideas to elevate event quality

Would Be Good to Have
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality is preferred (but not required.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, especially during peak event seasons.
Job Type: Part Time
Salary: $10 – $15 / hour
Shift and schedule: Monday – Friday (9am-6pm / 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm), Weekend availability (optional)
Work Location: In person (Singapore)
