Who We Are
Founded in 2011, Curious Creatures is a Singapore-based jewelry brand that designs demi-fine and fine jewelry for everyday and every occasion. All pieces are designed in-house with our customers in mind – inspired by the raw nature of gem stones, travels, nature, and the very community that wears them. We partner with factories and jewelers who are committed to their craft, practices and materials, and only produce in small batches to maintain quality over quantity.
We launched and popularized the concept of permanent jewelry in Singapore in 2022 and have zapped over 4,000 hands and ankles since.

We’re looking for curious individuals with a fun, loving personality, who is motivated and driven to be part of our retail team. A key figure in providing the Curious Creatures offline brand experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations; e.g. opening and closing, cashiering, customer service, stock-take exercise, store cleanliness.
- Provide the best in-store customer service and experience.
- Ensure visual merchandising is always on-point.
- Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers.
- Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
- Achieve or exceed sales and growth targets.
- Planning and executing any in-store activities when required.
- Gather and report customer feedback and overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Singapore citizen or PR holders
- Passion for customer service and retail
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
