Job Description
We are looking for a Project Executive to join our expanding team! As a Project Executive, you get the chance to go behind the scenes and watch projects and events come to life. No two are the same and our Project Executives get to handle an exciting array of projects. You will be the go-between among vendors while managing clients and timelines.
- Play a key role in production, including overseeing and planning the launches/events/campaigns
- Dealing directly with the client for approvals and responding to requests in a timely manner
- Liaise directly with event, print and production vendors
- Manage client budgeting
- Work closely with Planning and Design team to execute their concepts
- Making sure we are taking advantage of the best and sustainable ways of doing business
- Juggle multiple projects and challenges simultaneously
- Great interpersonal and listening skills
- A high attention to detail
Requirement
- Independent, self-starter and confident
- Savvy with sustainable and environmentally-friendly ways of delivering a project
- Experience with corporate events, managing vendors and print production
