Established in 2020, Luna Land started out as a home-business specialising in kids craft kits and activities. We have been operating the online business for the past 2 years and are now working on establishing our offline workspace, Nest by Luna Land, in Joo Chiat neighbourhood. Nest by Luna Land specialises in creating unforgettable experiences. From kids party, private celebrations, to corporate gatherings, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Event Assistant to join our team. We are understanding and supportive, place importance on honesty and love those who have great initiative! Job Description

Working with a small team of dynamic individuals, you will assist with the execution of events and workshops that include private parties and event planning.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Event Setup
    • Assist in the setup and decoration of event spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and conducive to the event theme
    • Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of event spaces after the conclusion of events
  • Event Hosting:
    • Engage with guests during parties and events.
    • Lead activities (when required) and provide an overall exciting experience during events
    • Ensure a fun and memorable experience for all attendees.
    • Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring that all activities run according to schedule
  • Customer Service:
    • Greet guests upon arrival
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
    • Act as a brand ambassador for Nest by Luna Land, upholding our standard of excellence in every interaction
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other party hosts and assistants.
    • Coordinate event logistics and transitions.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Able to work in Singapore
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
  • Attention to detail & excellent communication skills
  • Availability for weekend shifts (minimum of one weekend is required, flexibility during the weekdays can be beneficial)
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Interest and experience in crafts would be preferred, but not required
