What we’re looking for

We are seeking a technically inclined individual to join our team on a part-time basis as a Livestream Technical Specialist. This role involves managing and executing the technical aspects of our YouTube livestreams. It’s an excellent opportunity for those with a keen interest in technology and digital content creation, looking for a flexible way to earn some extra income

Role Overview

• Stream Preparation: Manage video assets and setup requirements for each livestream, ensuring readiness.
• Operational Expertise: Use VMix, YouTube Live and knowledge of RTMP, and video asset management to support our livestreaming, to ensure accurate and dependable streams.
• Rehearsal Participation: Engage in rehearsal sessions to guarantee the smooth running of live events.
• Live Event Execution: Oversee the technical aspects during livestreams to ensure a seamless experience for our audience.
• Post-Event Management: Assist in preparing video-on-demand content following the livestream.

Why you might not be a great fit

• Unable to commit to a planned and fixed schedule. If there are frequent moving parts in your life’s and academic commitments, this might not be a great fit. We require someone, who is able to work on the committed dates (communicated in advance), and able to run the show independently.
• Travelling to the office (located in Sembawang), is not something I want to do. We have a dependable fall back internet system and the show will be run more reliably in this manner. If you cannot imagine travelling to the office to run the show, this might not be a good fit for you.
• Unable to follow well documented processes. We think we have a great process in place, and we need you to follow them well. We welcome further improvements after you get into the groove of things, for constant improvement.

We invite you for a free Training Session (in-person).
You follow one session of a live project, to be accredited to take on projects independently

Salary Range

$20 per hour.
