Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Creative Content Manager you will be responsible for producing our creative content including photography, videography and social media content. This role supports the overarching content strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with marketing teams to create engaging content that speaks to our audience and aligns with our brand’s voice.

KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

Produce and publish new content in a creative way by leveraging advanced photography and videography skills.
Capture and edit photo and video footage to create polished and engaging videos.
Manage photography and videography shoots where necessary and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage various elements of the organisation.
Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop storytelling approaches and editorial guidelines.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
Provide post-production support, including colour grading, sound design, and final editing.
Ensure all video content meets quality standards and is delivered on deadline.
Support with ideas for the Club’s content strategy to align with business goals.
Utilise AI to amplify our content where relevant and keep up to date with all AI platforms.
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
Manage photography and videography shoots where necessary and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage various elements of the organisation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technology and social media trends.
The need for flexibility

An essential part of this role is to be flexible with the needs of Mandala Club, and to be willing to work the required operational hours. The Mandala club operates across multiple sites, at night, on weekends and holidays and your roster will reflect this based on your role and responsibilities.

OTHER INFORMATION.

THE RIGHT PERSON.

●   Expertise in photography and videography, including editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.

●   Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

●   Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail.

●   Minimum 3+ years of experience in content creation.

●   Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive — a passionate team player who is used to cross-department collaborations.

●   Effective critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.

●   A diligent worker with attention to detail.

●   Extremely organised with good administrative skills.

●   Fluent English speaker.

●   Independent and able to manage their own time, as well as project timelines.

●   Understands the dynamic nature of the hospitality and events industry, where flexibility in working hours are required to ensure the success of respective events.
