Job Description


As a Graphic Design Intern for a Mandala Club, you will be an integral part of the creative team, responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging materials to enhance the club’s brand presence and member experience. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning digital and print mediums, collaborating closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that resonate with the club’s target audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, photography and videography within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


This is a Creative Intern position based out of Mandala Club HQ premises in Singapore.

The objectives of this position are as follows:

Gain Practical Experience: Obtain hands-on experience in various aspects of the design process, including research, ideation, and execution.

Learn Design Tools and Software: Familiarise oneself with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools depending on the company’s workflow.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the creative team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute effectively to design solutions.

Develop Design Skills: Enhance skills in areas such as typography, layout, colour theory, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) design, and design thinking methodologies.

Understand Brand Guidelines: Familiarise oneself with the company’s brand guidelines and ensure all design work aligns with the brand’s visual identity and values.
Creative assets: Support in creating all creative assets required of the team, including menu design, KV’s, documents, decks, presentations, and any other creative materials.

Photography and video editing: Support in the creation and editing of photography and videography assets,

Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to share design concepts, progress updates, and project outcomes with stakeholders.

Visual Assets: Develop polished visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and graphics for use in digital and print materials.

Feedback Incorporation: Iterate designs based on feedback from mentors, team members, and usability testing sessions, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project goals.

Support Team Projects: Assist with various design-related tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
