We are seeking a dedicated and passionate IT specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be assisting with the maintenance and upgrading of the IT systems. Graduates are welcome to apply. There will be on-the-job training and the candidate will gain hands-on experience to build a strong foundation in IT.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to identify and implement system improvements.
• Configure and maintain software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
