Job Description

As an executive in the Brand Experience & Communications department, you will be responsible for providing support to the department as it drives full-funnel marketing activities to achieve desired business outcomes. No two days are the same here – you could be in the office working on digital advertisements one day and on another, finding the best angles for a reel for our little ones across our 43 child care centres island-wide!

Scope:

  • Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure the brand’s overall objectives are achieved
  • Provide support to the department in the implementation of both short-term and long-term marketing strategies
  • Execute effective advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Lead the content strategy for social media and conduct regular social media audits for Star Learners Group and related businesses to build online presence and foster community
  • Support communications output for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and manage external partners to maximize brand exposure e.g. sponsorships, events
  • Support the planning and coordination of marketing and Group events

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent writing abilities and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels and ability to create original content to educate, engage and entertain
  • Proficiency in content editing tools e.g. Photoshop, Canva
  • At least 1 year of working experience in social media marketing required
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines
