Job Description
We’re looking for designers with creative, artistic, and detail-oriented skills as well as great interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and are looking for an exciting place to jumpstart your career to join our team of 8.
We work mainly individually, with manager’s help and guidance if needed.
Our office is located at Oxley Bizhub 2, 5 min walk from Tai Seng MRT.
Responsibilities
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with client in order to understand the client’s objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client’s needs - Coordinate and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced
- Responsible for the supervision of work progress to ensure project is followed and completed within the timeline
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Create quotations for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in related field preferred
- Job related experience in related field, no prior experience are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in 3D Sketch-up, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
