Job Description
The role
Local F&B establishment (selling ice cream & waffles) looking for a Social Media & Admin Intern to assist in marketing, managing & curating content for our social media platforms (70%), and other ad-hoc admin duties (30%)
Contract period: 6 months (can be extended as part-time)
Working days are Monday – Friday/Saturday, but flexible according to work assigned that week as the work is task-based. However, need to at least be online & reachable on your WhatsApp from Monday to Friday/Saturday 10am-7pm
Work is mostly remote, but you will be required to report to the store at least twice a month, mainly to shoot content.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Social Media
– Manage all social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok)
– Create content and marketing materials for all social media accounts (photos, videos, graphics, copywriting captions, etc)
– Design online & offline collaterals, posters, stickers and labels relating to company’s products
– Develop daily social media calendar
– Monitor online reviews & social media presence
– Reply to customer’s queries, emails and comments online
– KOL management during campaigns
Administrative
– Basic data entry & admin-related paperwork
– Manage all staff records, claims & contracts
– Assist in liaison with staff & vendors on WhatsApp/Email
– Assist in scheduling
– Sourcing of products & services online when tasked to
– Other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
Familiar with Social Media / Design
Creative mindset, proactive, have an eye for details
Photo-taking and graphic design skills
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Excellent command in English; Good copywriting skills
Knowledge in using design & editing softwares (eg. Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Illustrator, etc)
Remuneration
$500 per month
