Role Overview:
You will play an essential role in bringing creative ideas to life across a variety of platforms. From print to digital to motion, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge and inspire you. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, creative, and able to work across multiple design disciplines. Experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and eagerness to grow are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Team Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and the internal team to understand project goals, brand guidelines, and creative vision, ensuring designs meet expectations.
Concept Development:
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts to projects.
Project Execution:
Take designs from concept through to final delivery, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and align with client feedback.
Adaptability:
Quickly adapt to new design challenges, client needs, and feedback, with an ability to pivot when necessary while maintaining a high level of creativity.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools.
– Experience in Print, Motion Graphics, and Digital Design (such as websites, social media, animations, and videos).
– A portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including print, motion, and digital design (for fresh grads, relevant coursework or personal projects are acceptable).
– Ability to create motion graphics (animating logos, videos, etc.) is a plus.
– Strong attention to detail and an ability to execute designs with precision.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
– A proactive attitude with a passion for design and willingness to learn new skills.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with typography, 3D design or other advanced motion graphics techniques is a plus.
– Understanding of UX/UI design principles for digital projects is an advantage.
