Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research and content planning for educational course development, and related supplementary products
  • Assist to develop content for curriculum and publicity
  • Monitor the latest news, events and trends in design, editorial, publishing, and adult education
  • Attend meetings, pitch ideas, write short articles, blogs and social media posts

Requirement:

  • Good writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with trends, news and practices across the learning and development (L&D) space
  • Meticulous, methodical, task-oriented
  • Strong sense of initiative, proactive, consultative, collaborative
  • Works well individually as well as in a team
  • Responsible, responsive, able to work in a hybrid setting (remotely with f2f meetings several times a month)

  • Ability to apply project management skills in the ideation, development, and production of curriculum content
  • Competence in managing and growing a brand’s identity
  • Sharpened skills in writing, research, co-facilitation, events management, and working in a collaborative environment
  • Editorial and marcomms skills in translating ideas into short-, medium- and long-form content across various platforms
