Responsibilities
Account Servicing:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage client communications for new pitching with project timelines outlines and deliverables. – mainly to close the Quotation
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to have a solid proposal.
• Once the project is confirmed, the Project management team will take over the execution to the end of delivering
• Account Servicing will end with a sweet note and post-meeting arrangement. Begin with a new project cycle.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure retention and long-term partnerships.
New Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Researched market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to generate leads.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold outreach, and referrals. Need to achieve a monthly target.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements
· Diploma in related field
· Experience in Digital Marketing or any other similar roles-Degree in marketing, communications, or any other relevant field
· Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools (autopilot, lemlist, etc)
· Minimum 1 years’ marketing management experience – with demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, communications and brand management
· Minimum 1 of year of relevant working experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills & good knowledge in MS Office & CRM
· Proficient in English– both written & verbal (other languages naturally super!!)
· Patience & perseverance when calling/talking to customers; prior customer service experience is a natural plus
· An independent worker & a tag team player, like in the WWE
