SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVE LEAD

Type A is looking for a visionary  Social Media Creative Lead to elevate our social media game to the next level!

The ideal candidate will bring a refine sense of taste, a deep understanding of style, and the ability to lead our creative department to push new boundaries. This role requires close collaboration with the Business Development Director and Social Strategist to ensure that our creative strategies are both innovative and aligned with client objectives.

From visual direction, video/animated ideas to social activations, you are a creative whiz with nothing out of your reach.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Relevant motion graphic, video, and interactive production/design experience is required. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work on fast-track creative production as part of a team.

•Define and lead the creative vision for social media campaigns, ensuring they meet the highest standards of luxury and lifestyle branding.

• Work closely with Strategist to align creative direction with overall social media strategies and objectives

• Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand social media content that appeals to relevant brand audiences across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

•  Guide the team in developing innovative content formats and storytelling techniques that set new benchmarks in social media creativity

• Ensure all content is visually stunning, on-trend, and aligned with client brand identities.

•Partner with Business Development Director to pitch creative concepts to clients, showcasing how our social media strategies can elevate their brand presence.

Work with Strategist to analyze performance data and refine creative approaches based on insights and trends

Continue to foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation with new tools, formats, and ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

• 7+ years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong focus on social media and lifestyle/luxury brands

•  A portfolio that showcases innovative, high-quality social media campaigns and content.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.

•  Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and priorities.

•Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
