Responsibilities:
Analyze client’s financial circumstances, provide advice and solutions based on their needs and objectives.
Collaborate with partners to provide comprehensive client services eg. wealth and investments planning, insurance, mortgage and estate planning, wills and trusts, and so forth.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with clients constantly to re-evaluate their current condition and future objectives.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and key accounts
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Prepare and conduct sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Successfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
What you need to have:
Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or equivalent qualifications
Singaporean or PR
Business acumen & strong negotiation skills
People management skills with excellent initiatives
Team player, proactive and collaborative
Self-motivated personality and positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mature and willingness to learn
