Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Intern to join our team. We are a growing independent specialty ice creamery, cafe and lifestyle company, dedicated to crafting delicious ice cream and joyful experiences. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brand and can help us create exciting and engaging content to connect with our audience and expand into new markets.

We welcome interns who are seeking to make the most of their school holidays with a meaningful internship experience, as well as those pursuing internships for school credit. Join us and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to exciting projects!

What you will do:

Develop engaging and creative social media content (photos, videos, captions) that captures the essence of the Creamier and Singapura Otter brand.
Assist with managing our social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, XiaoHongShu, etc.) including scheduling and posting content, responding to comments and messages, and running social media campaigns.
Research and brainstorm new content ideas and marketing initiatives to promote the brand, including new products and market expansion.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Assist with other marketing activities as needed, such as creating email campaigns, designing flyers, and managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

What you bring:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good spoken and written Mandarin skills will be a bonus!
Creativity and passion for social media marketing.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
A genuine love for ice cream, coffee and marketing!
