Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with our KOLs, collaborate across teams, and execute successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our brand’s growth through effective marketing strategies, detailed reporting, brand collaborations, and maintaining our brand voice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. KOL & Brand Collaboration Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Coordinate and execute KOL seeding campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and values.
Develop and manage collaborations with other brands and KOLs to create unique, mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of KOL and brand collaborations.

2. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and fashion design, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

3. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
Regularly update management on the progress of ongoing projects and campaigns.

4. Marketing Campaigns and Launches: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for new product launches, sales events, and other key initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.

5. Content Strategy & Social Media Management: Develop and manage a content calendar that includes social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and other content supporting marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
Oversee and manage various social media platforms, ensuring engaging content and consistency in brand messaging.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed.

6. Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure consistency in Chello’s brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce content that aligns with the brand’s ethos of empowering women and mindfulness.

7. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Track marketing expenditures and adjust strategies as needed in collaboration with the finance team.

8. Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends in the fashion industry.
Utilize customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

9. Event Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate marketing events such as product launches, pop-ups, and brand collaborations.
Work closely with partners and vendors to ensure successful execution of events.

10. Crisis Management: Prepare and manage any potential PR crises or negative publicity, ensuring quick and effective responses to protect the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  3. Strong understanding of KOL marketing, brand collaborations, digital marketing strategies, and social media management.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  7. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
