Who We Are

The Projector exists to be a space and a community that is an alternative from the usual, where differences are accepted, and minds are open. It aims to be the answer to anyone who claims that Singapore is boring – a hidden gem and a true alternative to the sameness and usual humdrum of the city. It offers a blend of characterful and quirky spaces, creative personalities, a relaxed and open vibe, and diverse programming which you can't find anywhere else in the city. We house the most diverse and unique range of film, arts, and cultural programming in Singapore under one roof, while also acting as a platform for cross-cultural exchange and social awareness.
