Who We Are

OH! Open House is an independent arts organisation that tells alternative stories of Singapore through art. Since 2009, we have provided more than 60,000 people with the unique experience of appreciating art and heritage outside of museums and galleries – from strangers’ homes to underutilised public spaces. We work with artists to present art in unconventional locations, or in surprising new ways. Through our diverse programmes, OH! creates opportunities to understand and connect with the everyday on a more meaningful level.

Job Description

OH! Open House is looking for a Community & Arts Management Intern. You will work closely with the Community Manager to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders (this includes volunteers, teachers, patrons, partners). You will also develop and execute programmes for the above stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can commit full-time for 6 months. You will start off as an intern and progress to a trainee position. There is potential to be hired full-time.

Why OH! Open House? OH! tells alternative stories of Singapore. Coming on board means playing a part in ensuring that important stories of individuals, communities and our society are shared and not buried.

When you join OH!, you’re a part of a community of staff, artists, volunteers, and friends who all come together to make our programmes happen. This family works hard, but we also play hard. We regularly make time to see exhibitions, go out together, and we frequently organise activities like artist talks and neighbourhood walks for our entire community.

If you’re excited about joining a small, passionate team to bring new, interesting and daring art events to life, we’d love to meet you.
