Job Description:

As the Business Development Manager for Employee Wellness Events, you will be the driving force behind our new line of business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pitching and securing partnerships with MNCs for wellness event collaborations.
  • Conducting site visits to assess and select event spaces that align with client needs.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end execution and logistics planning of each event.
  • Managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Designing and executing promotional EDMs to drive event attendance.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to guarantee successful event outcomes.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in business development or event management, preferably in the corporate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Proficiency in designing engaging and impactful electronic direct mailers (EDMs).
  • Exceptional time management and coordination abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
