Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is driven and proactive, with a passion for growing and scaling business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and nurturing new business leads, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to offer innovative marketing solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and proactive outreach.

•Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent delivery of value and results.

•Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals that reflect our innovative approach to social media marketing.

•Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the agency’s growth goals.

•Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage them to drive new opportunities.

•Set and achieve revenue targets in line with company objectives.

 

What We’re Looking For:

•A minimum of 3-5 years in business development, ideally within the marketing, media, or tech sectors.

•Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

•Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

•Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

•A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
