Join Us as a Fashionista Assistant!

PaoPao is looking for energetic, stylish, and fashion-forward individuals to join our team as we prepare for a series of exciting pop-up events, including the highly anticipated November Boutique Fair! Get ready for a thrilling journey alongside our Creative Director & Founder, supporting the daily operations of our fashion brand—from social media strategy to event planning. If you’re a Gen Z with a love for fashion and creativity, this is for you!

Your Experience:

Social Media Magic:

Help plan, strategize, and execute our social media content calendar. Work closely with our founder to create fun, engaging reels and posts for the brand, from ideation to editing.

Production & Inventory:

Get hands-on with the fashion production process, liaising with suppliers, and assisting in logistics and inventory management for our upcoming collection.

Pop-Up & Event Vibes:

Be part of exciting line up of year end events like the Boutique Fair, Shangri-La pop-ups, and our annual Cluny Court showcase. You’ll gain experience in visual merchandising, event setup, customer interaction, and sales.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A true fashion lover with a unique sense of style.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• A positive, go-getter attitude with a love for creativity.

What’s Required:

• Flexible working hours/days (open to weekly schedule planning).
• Minimum of 2 workdays a week (in-person or work-from-home).
• Availability for weekend pop-ups when required.
