Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. Brand Assurance and Creative

  • Establish strong working relationships with licensee to facilitate Brand Assurance & Creative requests, issues, and needs.
  • Continually work with all team members (licensing, sales, marketing) within the office and SEA daily.
  • Fulfill BA & Creative functions for Principals/IPs as per brand guidelines.
  • Support in all aspects of BA & Creative jobs.
  • Other projects: Assisting in research and development of branding/style guide/creative projects OR working/providing creative brief to design agency etc.

2. Brand Assurance/Licensee Management and Compliance (with regards to use of style guide & product development)

  • Ensures high compliance achieve by licensees at each stage (concept, pre-prod to final).
  • Ensures a timely communication flow of information from Principals to licensee and vice versa.
  • Conduct BA workshops and technical assistance to licensees.
  • To ensure that licensees optimize the use of each style guide/trend program.
  • To work with sales and ensure that licensees optimize effort to develop/launch product per contract.

3. Product Development

  • Sound knowledge of product development process, new technology, seasons, trends & colors.
  • Arrange initial product development meetings with key licensees to discuss creative and innovative branding ideas/styling/applications where appropriate.

4. Creative Projects

  • Support sales personnel with appropriate product/premium concept for pitching purpose.
  • Supports licensees with product concepts or final artwork.
  • Conceptualize impactful Advertising & Marketing materials to support product launch, marketing or retail promotions, store openings etc.

5. Others

  • Manage and disseminate all creative materials.
  • Materials include style guides, trend programs, other creative materials, etc.
  • Maintenance & security of inventory, crosscheck controls & record keeping on dissemination of proprietary materials.
  • Style guide program management – communicate with licensees regarding new and/or discontinued materials.

Job Requirements

  • Good level of general education, preferably a design or arts diploma/degree
  • At least 2 years and above in licensing/advertising agency or related design field
  • Strong experience with graphics packages (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Knowledge of After Effect & 3D Program are advantages
  • Initiative, able to work independently as well as good team worker, attention to detail and strong time management/organization skill
