Job Description

About the role:
We are seeking a Project Management intern to manage campaigns and proposals. We are looking at individuals who are strong in communication, meticulous, and have an interest in the media industry.

You will gain hands-on experience in campaign management and influencer coordination processes.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 20-weeks (5 months) internship.


What you will do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Sales, Creative and Editorial) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time to the highest quality standards
  • Support Project Managers with timeline development and management
  • Compile data and gather insights from content teams to provide preliminary insights for campaign renewals
  • Ensuring that performance data captured on IRN (reporting tool) is accurate and work with Tech to troubleshoot issues/challenges if any
  • Support in campaign briefs that understand the business challenge clearly and provide sufficient background information for teams to work with
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns, proposals, presentations, and coordination of events


The successful candidate should have:

  • Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Business/Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content and social media industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team spirit and ease in building strong professional relationships.
  • Great people skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Pleasant and professional disposition, to represent the company professionally at all times
  • Meticulous and good eye for content/trending topics
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 20-weeks (5 months) internship
