Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage daily admin and kitchen operations together with the team to reach daily goals
Prepare daily and monthly reports to be sent to the office (invoice, petty cash, monthly attendance, Payroll reporting etc.)
Work together with the Kitchen Supervisor in daily and monthly stock maintenance, ordering and inventory.
Assist District Managers in preparing the monthly and yearly Food and Beverage division budget
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the company
Conduct and schedule trainings for new staffs
Conduct briefings and performance appraisals to gauge staffs’ knowledge and guide them towards their career path
Motivate the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Act as a supporting & rotating role to perform duties of the Artist, and Prep as needed
Opportunity to train and work overseas
Requirements:
Has excellent conversational skills and knowledge in the English language
Has a sense of leadership and ownership
Has pleasing personality and with sense of urgency and responsibility
Has at least 1-2 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry is advantegous
