JOB MISSION:
The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Accounts team in managing client relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of projects, and contributing to the overall success of client campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and achieve client satisfaction.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
First 90 Days:
- Familiarise yourself with the workflow and accounts:
- Understand task distribution, approval processes, and collaboration methods within the Accounts team
- Get to know the Design, Animation, and Content teams, understanding key contacts and processes
- Study the playbooks and deliverables for the accounts you will be working on, ensuring a deep understanding of client goals, target audience, and brand identity
- Produce on-brand, compelling content:
- Work with creatives to produce to high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and resonates with the target audience
- Ensure all content is on-brand and meets the standards set by the playbooks and client deliverables
- Engage with team goals and processes:
- Participate in team meetings and understand the team’s overall goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with accounts personnel within your team to ensure seamless integration and cohesive content strategies
- Participate in organization-level activities:
- Engage in company-wide meetings such as huddles and town halls to stay informed about organisational updates and initiatives
- Contribute to discussions and activities that foster a collaborative and innovative company culture
Day-to-Day Expectations:
- Client relationship management support:
- Assist in managing client communications, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress
- Account coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client content/campaigns/projects
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring they align with client expectations
- Reporting and analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account/campaign/project status, performance metrics, and client feedback
- Analyse project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Support on shoots:
- Assist in producing shoots, including logistical planning and coordination
- Help capture quick and simple photos or videos as needed for client projects

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduates and junior executives are welcome to apply

- Willingness to assist in various aspects of project coordination
