Reports To: Sales Director

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for researching, writing, and assisting in the preparation and submission of proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent research and writing skills to support the sales team in securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients, market trends, andindustry developments to support proposal development.

• Proposal Writing: Draft, review, and finalize proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and meet submission deadlines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.

• Assist in Submission: Coordinate the proposal submission process, including formatting, proofreading, and ensuring all required documents are included.

• Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of proposals, submissions, and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow-up: Monitor the status of submitted proposals and follow up with clients as needed to secure feedback and potential business.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, proposal writing, or a related role.

• Skills:

o Strong research and analytical skills.

o Excellent writing and editing abilities.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

o Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
