Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the team across multiple projects, with a balanced focus on project management and operations. You will gain exposure to a variety of clients in different industries, assisting with diverse tasks to ensure the successful execution of each project.

In general, typical duties that you will be tasked with include:

  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish with the support of your managers, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. This includes creating timelines, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Management: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Operational Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of events and campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination across all aspects, from planning to post-event wrap-up. Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting during event operations.
  • Logistics: Coordinate all logistical aspects of BTL events and online activations, including venue bookings, inventory management, and on-ground setup. Ensure all elements are aligned with client objectives.
  • Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, oversee bookings, procure equipment and supplies, and ensure timely delivery of all event components. Track and manage budgets, timelines, and invoices.
  • Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, including the creative team and external agency partners (digital, media, production, tech), to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Presentations/Decks: Assist Senior Accounts in the creation of PowerPoint presentations used as pitch proposals, event recaps, or other deliverables for clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account servicing or events management
  • Organised and detailed oriented Individual
  • Academic qualifications in events or related qualification related
  • Relevant experience with planning and management in consumer events
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and communicate quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Highly motivated and efficient
  • Passionate about events and strong problem solver
