Who We Are

Lyttle Space’s art classes create opportunities for children to explore and think creatively. They will also learn different techniques and art styles, observe nature and still life in a fun and enjoyable way. Classes will bring children to experiment with various mediums from paint and crayons, to recycled materials and even ingredients.

ART TEACHER @ LyttleSpace (Bedok South)
FULL-TIME POSITION STARTING IN FEB
(5 days work week, $2500-$3000 depending on experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Assistant Teacher/Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and management of LyttleSpace Pte. Ltd. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including teaching, preparatory work, social media content management, and administrative tasks.

Full time teacher will be supported and trained to teach and lead a class. Your role goes beyond instruction. You will engage in the learning and development of the students, encouraging them to be creative and imaginative. We adopt a child led approach and practice respectful teaching.

Daily tasks involves lesson planning, preparation and facilitation of classes. There will be content creation where strong graphic and illustration skills comes into play. Your hands-on involvement in designing lesson plans and engaging in prototype creation, will contribute to our dynamic learning environment. Research, ideation and innovation process is key at LyttleSpace.

For social media management, you will help assist, create and manage captivating social media content to showcase our class processes. This includes preparing stories, simple video editing, photo editing and organising materials.

Full time teacher will assist in admin duties such as lesson documentation. We hope that all teachers here at LyttleSpace will make a meaningful impact in the creative heart work we do (:


REQUIREMENTS:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
While prior experience in early childhood education and art classes is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. We encourage applications from a diverse pool of candidates, including recent graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Art Education, or related disciplines.
