Job Description

More Than A Swing is more than just a badminton academy. We’re a growing community and the only dedicated badminton YouTube channel in Singapore, focused on connecting with enthusiasts, supporting players, and inspiring the next generation. We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who’s eager to bring fresh ideas, a creative mindset, and solid social media skills to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Create engaging content:
Post 6 times weekly across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Cross-posting is absolutely welcome!

2. Support video production:
Assist with 1-2 shoots per month, helping to bring new content to life.

3. Research and ideate:
Propose fresh video concepts that resonate with badminton lovers. Share your ideas during monthly meetings with straightforward PowerPoint slides (just 1 slide per idea).

4. Stay on-brand:
Ensure all content reflects our mission of community-building and fostering excellence in badminton.

Why Work With Us?
Flexibility: Work on your own schedule; we’re focused on delivering results, not clocking hours.
Hands-on learning: Gain experience managing social media for a brand making an impact locally and beyond.
Collaborative environment: Be part of a team passionate about what we do and open to fresh perspectives.

Who We’re Looking For
– You understand social media trends and have experience creating video content.
– You’re familiar with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok platforms and their tools.
– You’re organised, proactive, and manage your time well.
– You have basic skills in PowerPoint and an eye for research.
– Most importantly, you’re a team player who’s excited to learn and contribute.
