Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:

• Sale of advertising and paid partnerships across all Vogue Singapore platforms (print, digital, events)

• Sale of special projects, sponsorships and other commercial offerings for Vogue Singapore

• Follow sales strategies and achieve respective targets

 

Duties:

• Generate leads, pitch and close deals in order to exceed sales targets.

• Build individual pipeline through identifying sales opportunities, prospecting, strategizing with sales team, and regular meetings with clients across portfolio.

• Communicate and present proposal concepts and execution effectively with potential and existing clients.

• Negotiate options, entitlements, pricing, conditions, discounts with clients and respective media agencies.

• Develop and follow up consistently on offers, contracts and invoices with clients.

• Spearhead and monitor campaign execution, for fulfilment of all agreements and obligations towards clients to ensure successful account management and results for post campaign reporting.

• Cooperate effectively with all related departments (sales, editorial, marketing, ad ops teams) in fulfilling above duties.

• Seek to maximize revenues for IMV – across all publications, on and offline, including other regional editions when and if such opportunities arise.

• Participate regularly in meetings with management, sales, editorial, finance and marketing departments.

• Inform and approve with accounting any and all financial conditions agreed and negotiated with clients in a timely manner.

 

Key Attributes:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

• Min. 2-3 years of relevant working experience required for the Sales Manager position.

• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented individual

• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Strong sense of ownership and urgency in a fast-paced creative environment

• Ability to successfully drive business and maintain client relationships well
