Job Description
Rawspark is looking for a Junior Video Shooter/Editor (Intern) who is able to creatively produce videos that have in-depth story telling, are able to inspire audiences, and relieve live event experiences.
Job Summary:
As a Video Shooter and Editor at Rawspark, you will play a key role in capturing stunning visuals and bringing our clients’ stories to life through exceptional video production and editing. Your creative expertise, technical skills, and keen eye for detail will be essential in conceptualizing, shooting, and assembling video content that resonates with our clients’ target audiences. From planning and executing shoots to crafting seamless post-production edits, you will be at the forefront of creating visually arresting videos that embody the essence of Rawspark’s dedication to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Video Shooting: Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring that each frame is meticulously composed, lighting is optimized, and audio is captured with utmost clarity. Utilize a range of professional camera equipment, stabilization tools, and lenses to achieve visually compelling shots.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging and impactful videos that align with the client’s vision and brand guidelines. Seamlessly integrate footage, audio, music, and graphics to create a cohesive storytelling experience.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team, including directors, producers, and other content creators, to brainstorm and conceptualize video ideas that align with client objectives and project briefs.
- Post-Production: Apply color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, music and sound design, and other post-production techniques to enhance video quality and overall impact.
- Storytelling: Distill complex concepts and narratives into visually compelling stories that evoke emotion and captivate viewers.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for shooting and adheres to safety guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide creative input and suggestions. Collaborate with clients to incorporate feedback during the editing process.

Applicants should:
- Be proficient with the use of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Well-versed with Street Culture, Pop Culture, Music, Arts & Entertainment
- Must be expressive, opinionated, and willing to share fresh new ideas
- Experience as a Video Shooter and Editor, with a portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
- Understanding of videography principles, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Experience with camera equipment, stabilization tools, and audio recording devices.
- Creativity and storytelling prowess, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring a polished and professional end product.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced creative environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
