Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and proactive Content Editor proficient in using CapCut to create captivating video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role requires someone who has a strong understanding of what works on social media, can deliver high-quality edits within tight deadlines, and has a good eye for identifying key moments that will engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Creation

  • Edit video snippets from TikTok livestreams to create engaging and shareable content.
  • Identify and cut highlight moments, special moments, and comparison moments.
  • Ensure videos have strong hooks that capture viewers’ attention in the first 3-5 seconds.
  • Add text overlays, captions, and headlines to make the videos visually appealing and attention-grabbing.
  • Deliver high-quality edits within 24 hours of receiving the raw footage and assets.
  • Repurpose videos by combining different hooks and endings from various video clips.
  • Create multiple variations of the same content to test what resonates best with the audience.

Criteria:

  • Know how to work with Google Drive to access and organize video assets.
  • Ensure proper file management and deliver finalized videos in an organized manner.
  • Attention to details
  • Maintain brand consistency in every video edit.
  • Enhance video quality to meet professional standards.
  • Proficient in using CapCut for video editing.
  • Familiar with social media video formats, trends, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
  • Ability to understand and convey messaging effectively in both languages.
  • Strong sense of storytelling to make videos engaging and relatable.
  • Ability to identify key moments that resonate with audiences.
  • Available for last-minute edits and able to work on tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
