Job Description
Organised, meticulous, and efficient, you are an integral pillar in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly!
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day operational matters including inventory and logistics management
• Responsible for packing and dispatching of all orders
• Planning and executing SOPs
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of data in our inventory
• Manage online store product listing and media loading
• Handling and processing of returns
• Preparing of logistics and outfits for shoots
• Attending to customers’ email enquiries and administrative matters
• Other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management
Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management skills
• Quick thinker and able to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Hands-on and proactive
• Fresh graduates or minimum ‘O’ level welcome to apply
