We’re seeking a bold, opinionated, and creative Brand & Marketing Strategist who thrives on connecting with audiences, experimenting with ideas, and thinking against the grain. This isn’t about being different for the sake of it; it’s about building something meaningful with a fresh perspective.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Experimenter
Lead the strategy for Instagram and social media, creating posts that grab attention and resonate deeply with pet owners.
Execute A/B testing on content to identify what works, what doesn’t, and why.
Collaborate with the Korea team on design briefs that align with bold and edgy branding.
2. Brand Storyteller
Develop marketing campaigns to spread our awareness of our products.
Develop compelling messaging and positioning for campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s differentiation strategy.
Work closely with the team to refine on-the-ground activation ideas into impactful branding initiatives.
3. Community Architect
Guide the team in creating proposals for activations, from park events to pet shelter programs.
Oversee the messaging and branding angle for community engagement efforts, ensuring a consistent voice across all touchpoints.
4. Content Creator & Strategist
Partner with freelancers to produce SEO-driven content for lead generation, including blog posts, newsletters, and educational resources.
Keep the tone fresh, conversational, and relatable—building trust with pet owners.
5. Data-Driven Decision Maker
Analyze social media engagement metrics and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI and ROAS.
Maintain a curious approach to testing ideas, blending creative intuition with actionable data.
6. E-Commerce Collaborator
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to refine platform strategies (Shopee, Amazon, Lazada), focusing on product visibility and customer engagement.
Provide creative input on promotional ideas and content for listings.

Love For Pets: Goes without a saying, you understand the love pet parents have for their furry friends and channel that in your work.
Experiences: Some experience in digital marketing, social media marketing and e-commerce platform management would spark joy but not a hard & fast rule – we’re happy to work with a clean slate – resilience and malleability are what we’re most interested in.

Nice to Haves
Background in the pet industry or familiarity with pet shelters and communities.
Knowledge of community-building strategies, including Telegram or similar platforms.
Experience in SEO and website optimization.
