About the role

As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will implement and manage web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, utilize Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium IQ), and design data layers. You will work with cutting-edge technologies in data-driven digital marketing, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools. This is a technical role ideal for someone eager to deepen their knowledge of top-tier marketing technology and data platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Solutions Consultant to design effective digital data architectures.
  • Implement analytics solutions on client platforms, ensuring technical requirements are met.
  • Assist in technical workshops and document requirements.
  • Write tagging guides and deliver tags through Tag Management Systems.
  • Conduct audits and gap analyses of client sites for tagging accuracy.
  • Support the integration of various data sources, including CRM and media data, with web analytics.
  • Design and build dashboards using PowerBI/Tableau or other visualization tools.
  • Mentor clients on effectively utilizing their technical architecture.
About you

You should have a background of technical experience in implementing analytics tools, with a proven track record of successfully utilizing Tag Management Systems, such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Tealium IQ. It is essential to have a strong understanding of how to design and implement data layers that support complex analytics requirements. You will be able to demonstrate proficiency in building insightful dashboards and querying data using SQL across various databases, allowing for effective data manipulation and analysis.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is also expected, as this role will involve leveraging these technologies for data engineering and analytics. Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and Python is necessary, enabling candidates to engage in coding tasks related to data processing, automation, and integration.

Ideally you will possess advanced cloud and data engineering skills will be given preference, as will those with foundational knowledge of data science methods for advanced analytics. Familiarity with front-end optimization and personalization tools, as well as experience in implementing front-end development solutions, will also be advantageous.
