Job Description

Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented, and kind professional with a can-do attitude? Do you love connecting with people and thrive in roles where no two days are the same? A Space Between is searching for an exceptional Community Manager who embodies excellence in communication, professionalism, and care while managing our space and representing our brand.

About the Role

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our space. You’ll keep everything running seamlessly while creating a welcoming environment for members and visitors alike. You’ll also represent ASB by being featured in our video content and leading tours of the space for prospective members.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Space Management:

  • Maintain the space’s cleanliness, organisation, and functionality.
  • Spot and resolve issues (repairs, cleaning, or restocking) by coordinating with contractors or vendors promptly.
  • Ensure the space is always professional, presentable, and welcoming.

Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Provide kind and professional support to members and visitors.
  • Build strong relationships with members by addressing queries and resolving concerns efficiently.

Tours and Representation:

  • Host tours of the space for prospective members, showcasing its unique offerings and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Be the face of ASB in our content videos, sharing updates and connecting with our online community.

Event Management:

  • Plan, organise, and execute member events, such as workshops, networking sessions, and community activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Operations and Coordination:

  • Manage bookings, inventory, and supplies to keep operations seamless.
  • Anticipate potential issues and act quickly to resolve them.

Work Schedule

You’ll work on-site at A Space Between on:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
  • Flexibility is essential to accommodate space tours or events as needed.
