Job Description

Splash Productions is looking for an Account Manager to join our campaign team. Join us, and you’ll get to manage new as well as existing accounts, grow our client base, and elevate our profile as the agency to watch.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for all project-related client communications including timeliness and quality of deliverables, budget and resource requirements and managing client’s expectations
  • Communicates the client’s goals/objectives and represent the client’s interests to the team
  • Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous communication of project status in order to identify potential issues and/ or opportunities within or related to the project
  • Reviews all major deliverables across a full spectrum of marcom deliverables (ATL, BTL, print, digital, web or social marketing, public relations) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are metCoordinates cross-channel campaigns leveraging media, public relations, social and influencers/KOLs
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing Account Director of any problems that may arise
  • Acquire good understanding of company’s capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
  • Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and enquiries on a weekly basis
  • Developing communications plans and pitching stories to local, regional/international media
  • Monitor and put together the necessary deliverables to share with the client as proof of delivery in the frequency required, i..e daily, weekly monthly, quarterly etc.
  • Analyze and research findings, prepare and present insights for informed campaign strategy and creative development
  • Have an understanding of campaign, marketing, public relations, influence, content development and social and a consistent track record of campaign objectives
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines without sacrificing professional standards
  • Responsible for Issues management, internal and crisis communications when advising or executing for the client.
