Job Description

Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to understand client marketing goals, setting clear, achievable KPIs that serve as the foundation for each campaign and ensuring each campaign is aligned with the client’s broader marketing objectives.

Continuously refine and adjust strategies and budgets based on ongoing performance data, ensuring clients’ marketing objectives are met and exceeded.

Own the development and execution of paid marketing campaigns, particularly Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Yahoo.

Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements based on weekly findings

Identify growth opportunities and innovative strategies to expand our clients’ reach and impact through paid marketing channels.

Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including tracking implementation and monitoring, to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

Be passionate and proactive in learning about trends in the industry and our customer’s expectations to improve campaign performance.

Must have hands-on experience in building and optimizing dashboards using Google Looker Studio, integrating multiple data sources like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4. Strong skills in data visualization, custom metrics, and data blending to generate actionable insights. Experience in automating reports and scheduling data updates for real-time performance tracking is essential.
