Multimedia Engineer Internship
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the integration of multimedia related projects such as desktop publishing, video editing, eLearning, localization, etc
- Assist in managing multimedia projects by coordinating between internal departments, external vendors and clients
- Help develop global scripts, storyboards and VO scripts, to support multimedia localization and storytelling
- Update and produce collateral materials that reflect current branding guidelines
- Brainstorm ideas and execute multimedia strategies that enhance engagement
- Handle timelines and client instructions well to ensure smooth project workflow
- Perform QA checks for deliverables to clients
Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
- Familiar with MAC/Windows OS as required by the tasks assigned
- Good communication skills; to support and answer client’s request and queries
- Responsible team player and good organization skills
- Able to work independently with good initiatives
- Flexible and comfortable in handling various IT projects at the same time, fast-paced work environment and quick turnaround time
- Knowledge in 2D and 3D animation and AI is a plus
- Work Location: Strictly office-based (NO remote work is allowed)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Internship period: immediate for a minimum period of 6 months
