Responsibilities
- Create and implement creative marketing strategies to promote Invade (and events) via social media platforms – e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and more
- Produce & edit impactful and meaningful content (Static posts, short-form videos, copywriting)
- Interact with fans and followers, reply to queries (DMs & comment section) promptly, and monitor feedback
- Supervise social media accounts’ posts to ensure design and brand consistency
- Research current trends and followers’ preferences, therefore, keeping updated on the best practices and trends
- Able to set realistic goals & objectives and report on social media performance
- Work closely with brands, creatives & KOLs for collaborations or digital engagement
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media – preferably in the events industry
- Provide reporting and analysis of platforms performances to optimize content through data-driven insights
- Demonstrate great communication skills with a passion for writing
- Demonstrate great attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese creators
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
